SmartCV Builders does not have a user database or a server-side storage system for documents. We serve as a tool while you remain the sole controller of your data.

02. Processing Basis
Since document generation happens browser-side, your use of the tool is based on your Consent. For anonymous technical analytics, we rely on Legitimate Interests to keep the site optimized.

The following information is input by you and remains exclusively on your device:

- Career History & Education
- Profile Photos or Logos

You have instant access to your data through the builder tool. We cannot provide a "copy" of your data because we do not have it.
Right to Erasure
You can achieve total erasure instantly by clearing your browser's site data/cache. We have no copies on our servers to delete.
Data Portability
You can port your data by downloading your CV as a PDF at any time.
05. Exercising Rights
Requests related to your actual CV content are handled by you on your own device. For privacy inquiries or rights related to anonymous analytics data, contact:

Response Limitation: We cannot search for or delete user-specific documents as we possess no identifying document database.
